TVH is now extending its range of value added services online. The TVH Client Portal improves our communication process by providing our valued clients with real-time access to all information relating to thier account and dealings with TVH.

It is an effective tool that permits TVH's clients to review and download quotes, access job completion reports, upload purchase orders and gain access to live service calendars showing works scheduled. 

TVH's Client Portal provides customer access to current information on thier account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Select the Login icon at the top right corner of the website home page. To keep your information safe, a username and password is required which can be provided upon request by local TVH staff.

Remediate or Replace

Over recent years there has been a growing awareness of the costly effects of microbial growth in the indoor environment and also the health effects of some of these common toxic moulds. Unfortunately there has been little discussion regarding the solution to dealing with existing mould or furthermore how to prevent re-occurrence. There is little knowledge in Australia as to what can be successfully re-mediated so in most cases, mould contaminated surfaces or components of HVAC systems are usually removed and replaced at a great expense to the property owner or insurer. The purpose of this article is to enlighten Facility Managers and those who maintain Air Handling Systems as to the possibility to successfully re-mediate mould contaminated Air Handling Systems
